I am new to hair extensions and wigs, what makes your company different from others?

Our company truly focuses on providing the best quality hair extensions and wigs by handpicking our inventory with our manufactures. How do I wash my new hair?

To properly wash your hair first use a paddle brush to smooth out extensions. Then wet and saturate hair with luke warm water. Apply a quarter size amount of moisturizing/sulfate free/paraben free shampoo. Rinse and repeat 1-2 times. Next apply a light weight conditioner, comb through, and rinse out thoroughly. Lastly towel dry, air dry, blow dry, or use a hooded dryer to completely dry extensions before styling.

 

Can I use heat on my hair ?

Yes you can use heat. Max temperature we recommend is 350-400 degrees for everyday use.

 

Can my I color this hair?

Yes our extensions 100% virgin and are able to be colored or bleached.

 

How is the quality and how long does the hair last?

Our quality is top A grade. Remember we personally hand pick our extensions from our manufactures therefore the only the best quality is selected for our customers. Our extensions can last 2-3 years with proper maintainance and care.

 

How long does shipping take?

All orders take 24 hour processing time. After your order is processed it will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. We ship all orders priority mail via United Sates Postal service. Tracking on all orders are updated soon as it is shipped. Allow 24hrs to begin tracking shipping activity. All packages require a signature upon delivery. What is your exchange/cancellation policy?

We take provide in our product and thoroughly inspect all orders before shipping. We recommend you double check the information you’ve entered to avoid in-putting wrong information which can take up to 3 weeks for re-order and re-shipping.
